A family-owned Sudbury brewery making small-batch beers such as Kelly Lake Lager, a Euro lager; Northern Haze, a juicy Simcoe IPA; and Nepewassi Blonde, plus Long Lake Lager, Mallory, Tandy and Kanpai!, sold by the can from its tasting room and shipped across Ontario.
46 North's packaged beer (HTS 2203.00.00, "Beer made from malt") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026. We found no public statement from the brewery about US sales; its online store ships within Ontario.Source: whitehouse.gov, Sep 8, 2026
You must be of legal drinking age in your province to buy alcohol. Rules on shipping alcohol between provinces vary, so buy from the maker directly or through your provincial liquor store. We only link to makers; nothing is sold on this site.
