Adam Ritchie keeps roughly 800 hives on more than twenty farms across Springwater, Oro, Tay and Severn townships and sells the crop from a farm outside Vasey: liquid and creamed wildflower honey, buckwheat and cranberry blossom honey, honey with ginger or cinnamon, honeycomb, beeswax pillar, votive and tealight candles, raw beeswax, lip balm, calendula salve and nucleus colonies for other beekeepers.
