A family-run Markham brewery making a short line of city-named beers in 473 ml cans and kegs: Boston Blonde Lager, Toronto Amber Lager, Chicago Dark Lager, Detroit Red Ale, New York APA and an IPA.
Amber Brewery's packaged beer (HTS 2203.00.00, "Beer made from malt") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026. We found no public statement from Amber Brewery about US sales; it delivers locally and ships within Ontario.Source: whitehouse.gov, Sep 8, 2026
You must be of legal drinking age in your province to buy alcohol. Rules on shipping alcohol between provinces vary, so buy from the maker directly or through your provincial liquor store. We only link to makers; nothing is sold on this site.
