Artisan Encompassed builds custom fishing rods in small batches out of Alliston, Ontario, and sells the parts to build your own: blanks, guides and tip tops, reel seats, grips, gimbals and trim.
Finished fishing rods have carried a 50% Section 338 duty into the United States since August 22, 2026, and the September 15 scope change kept them on the list as HTS 9507.10.0040.
