Autour de la pomme is a small cidery and distillery at the foot of Mont Shefford making traditional-method sparkling ciders (Dans ma bulle Brut and Brut Nature, Noiret Brut with 20% Noiret grapes), barrel-aged OH! ciders, Les Complices, an ice cider and a fire cider, plus Nanuk, a vodka distilled only from its own apples, and a cask-aged apple eau-de-vie.
Autour de la pomme's packaged ciders, ice cider and fire cider (HTS 2206.00.15, "Cider, fermented, whether still or sparkling"), its Nanuk apple vodka (HTS 2208.60.20) and its apple eau-de-vie (HTS 2208.90.30) can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026. Oenologist Jean-Philippe Robert and Nathalie Archambault planted 1,000 apple trees at 187 chemin Jolley in Shefford from 2006 and opened the cidery and distillery in a converted stable in 2020; the spirits are "élaborée uniquement avec des pommes de notre verger et de l’eau pure du Mont Shefford."
