Baie St-Pomme is an orchard, cidery and distillery in Charlevoix working with wild apples: Le Premier and Le Bretteux are very dry sparkling wild-apple ciders, L'hibernacle is a still demi-glace cider, La Soif Sauvage is a still table cider aged 18 months, and Le Marabou is a sweet fortified cider in the pommeau style, alongside two apple brandies, Karvad'ours and the barrel-aged Cali n'Ours.

Baie St-Pomme's packaged cider (HTS 2206.00.15, "Cider, fermented, whether still or sparkling") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026. We found no public statement from Baie St-Pomme about US sales; it sells from the farm kiosk and tasting room.Source: whitehouse.gov, Sep 8, 2026

You must be of legal drinking age in your province to buy alcohol. Rules on shipping alcohol between provinces vary, so buy from the maker directly or through your provincial liquor store. We only link to makers; nothing is sold on this site.
