A North Vancouver brewery opened in December 2023 that makes clean classics and barrel-aged, mixed-ferment blends: Old Days North German pilsner (a 2025 Canada Beer Cup gold), Showboat West Coast IPA, Baja Oscura Mexican dark lager, Pompeii grapefruit gose, and wild ales such as Blush and Bacca Rossa conditioned on pinot noir grapes and raspberries, poured in its taproom and sold to go and through BC stockists.
Beva's packaged beer (HTS 2203.00.00, "Beer made from malt") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026. We found no public statement from the brewery about US sales; it says it is adding stockists "from across the province".Source: whitehouse.gov, Sep 8, 2026
