Black Hills makes BC VQA Nota Bene, Per Se, Syrah, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, rosé and a traditional-method Sparkling Brut at its Black Sage Bench estate in Oliver; some recent releases, such as the 2024 Nota Bene, use Washington and Oregon fruit and are left out of this listing.
Black Hills' BC VQA still wines under HTS 2204.21.50 and its Sparkling Brut under HTS 2204.10.00 can no longer ship to the US since the import ban of September 29, 2026 (50% duty from August 22 to September 28, 2026).
