A North Shore craft brewery open since 2014 that brews unfiltered, preservative-free beer: Boxcar Lager, Side Track Pale Ale, Derailed IPA, Dog Daze Hazy Pale Ale, Lickety Split sour and Don't Feed The Bear white IPA, in 473 mL cans and on tap in its lounge, with burgers alongside.
Black Kettle's packaged beer (HTS 2203.00.00, "Beer made from malt") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026. Brewed at its own brewery at "720 Copping Street – Unit 106North Vancouver, BC, V7M 3N2", where "grain is milled right outside the front door. Kegs and bottles are filled, capped and cased behind the tasting area."
