Barrel-fermented spontaneous and mixed-fermentation beers in the Belgian Lambic tradition, sold in 750 mL and 375 mL bottles: Spontaneous Manifesto, the older Grand Manifesto blend, and fruit beers such as Fruitful Pursuits: Cherry, refermented on Okanagan sour cherries.
Blind Enthusiasm's bottled beer (HTS 2203.00.00, "Beer made from malt") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty from August 22, 2026. Brewed at The Monolith in Edmonton, "9919 78 Ave NW Edmonton, AB T6E 1N6", where the brewery has been "brewing beer since 2018" and cools its wort in a coolship to be inoculated "via microbes delivered into the vessel by the air of Edmonton." Fruit comes from BC growers.
