A brewery, pub and shop in Dunham's historic Relais de la Diligence, brewing hop-forward and barrel-aged beers: cans such as Dilettante session IPA, Hermann Pils and Lapatt Porter, 750 ml saisons including a sour Saison Cerise made with Morello cherries from a Dunham orchard, and seasonal releases like its 9% Stout Impériale Russe.
Brasserie Dunham's packaged beer (HTS 2203.00.00, "Beer made from malt") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026. In 2015 the brewery told the local paper L'Avenir et des Rivières that its beers were exported to the United States and Spain as well as across Canada, with exports making up 10% of its volume; we found no more recent figure.Source: whitehouse.gov, Sep 8, 2026
