A Chabanel-district brewery devoted to traditional styles, with a bar at the front of the brewhouse: Czech lagers such as Louvain (svetly lezak) and Desitka, the Pils and Chabanel pilsners, Mont-Royal kellerbier, Fleury altbier, St-Laurent kölsch, English bitters and mild, bocks and a few IPAs and sours, on draught and in cans to take away.
Brasserie Silo's packaged beer (HTS 2203.00.00, "Beer made from malt") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026.
