Unfiltered farm beers brewed with maple water from the owners' own sugar bush, such as the Flegmatique blonde, Dame de Treuf Irish red, Bec de cheval IPA, St-Placide kölsch and Echevelée imperial stout; the farm also sells its own syrups.
Brasserie Wilsy's packaged beer (HTS 2203.00.00, "Beer made from malt") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026.
