An Outaouais microbrewery making beers from 100% Quebec ingredients, named for local history: Pilsner des Rapides, Helles du Moulin, Vienna Lager du Bombardier, Stout de la Traverse, Triple du Belvédère, Rousse du Pont Rouge, a West Coast IPA, a raspberry-haskap gose and Chaloupe, a pale ale brewed for the palliative-care home La Maison des Collines.
Brasseurs des Collines' packaged beer (HTS 2203.00.00, "Beer made from malt") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026.
