Ciderworks makes organic, estate-grown ciders with no added sugar in 750 mL bottles, from the bone-dry Serious made with bitter cider apples and the dry-hopped scrumpy-style Oast House to 365, a blend of the whole orchard, and the sweeter Red Rebel coloured with the farm's own blackberries.
Ciderworks's packaged cider (HTS 2206.00.15, "Cider, fermented, whether still or sparkling") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026. The cidery says it sells most of its cider on the farm or within 100 kilometres of the orchard, and we found nothing about US sales.Source: whitehouse.gov, Sep 8, 2026

The apples and the cider come from one Salt Spring Island property: "We grow more than 425 heritage & connoisseur apple varieties right here on our property and make all of our ciders in our modest Ciderworks building, which overlooks the orchard," at 529 Fulford-Ganges Road.
