Cidre Sauvageon is an urban cidery in Ahuntsic making natural ciders and pétillants naturels, many co-fermented with other fruit, such as Timousse, a cider of apples and pears co-fermented with Mont Royal plums, plus Zazou, Zanzibar, Sempiternel, Salange, Bisou Bisou and Ripopée, in 750 ml bottles and 355 ml cans; some cuvées are carried by the SAQ.
Cidre Sauvageon's packaged cider (HTS 2206.00.15, "Cider, fermented, whether still or sparkling") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026. We found no public statement from the cidery about US sales; its points of sale are all in Quebec.Source: whitehouse.gov, Sep 8, 2026
You must be of legal drinking age in your province to buy alcohol. Rules on shipping alcohol between provinces vary, so buy from the maker directly or through your provincial liquor store. We only link to makers; nothing is sold on this site.
Made in Canada
The cider is made in Montreal in the Centrale agricole co-op at 1401 Legendre Ouest, from fruit of an experimental orchard "attenant à la fromagerie du Ruban Bleu à Mercier" and from apples of two organic Quebec orchards, Domaine Labranche and À la croisée des pommes.
