The cidery of Martin Picard's Au Pied de Cochon group makes about 20 cuvées from its orchard at the Cabane in Saint-Benoît de Mirabel, from À côté, a dry traditional-method farm cider sparkled in the bottle with the Cabane's own maple, and Pinède, a bottle-conditioned cider of more than 50 apple varieties, to sparkling ciders flavoured with raspberries, peaches, cassis, strawberries and maple, sold in 750 ml bottles through Quebec wine shops, restaurants, grocers and dépanneurs.
Cidrerie Au Pied de Cochon's packaged cider (HTS 2206.00.15, "Cider, fermented, whether still or sparkling") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026. The cidery is at "3895 Montée Robillard, Mirabel, Qc J7N 2S3", on land beside the Cabane with "plus de 500 arbres fruitiers (poiriers, cerisiers, pruniers, pommiers)", and the group says its cuvées are "composées de la totalité des fruits de notre verger".
