Cidrerie Cryo makes two lines of cider from its own orchard: a classic series made by cryo-concentration, including the Mousseux traditional-method sparkling cider and the Cryo de Glace ice cider, and an exploratory series of spontaneous and experimental ferments such as Trad, a dry British-style cider on the lees, plus Zippo, Prestige, Houblonné, Viny, Brett and Abbots.
Cidrerie Cryo's packaged ciders and ice cider (HTS 2206.00.15, "Cider, fermented, whether still or sparkling") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty from August 22, 2026. Founder Hugo Poliquin set up the cidery in 2007 at 85 rang des Étangs in Mont-Saint-Hilaire, where "il cultive ses pommiers. Élabore les produits, du pressurage à l’embouteillage," on 3.5 hectares planted with McIntosh, Spartan, Empire, Cortland and Golden Russet.
