Cidrerie du Minot makes Charmat-method sparkling ciders led by its Crémant de pomme, first made in 1988, along with a Brut, still ciders such as La Bolée and Fleur de pommier, 250 mL cans of La Bolée pétillante, and ice ciders including Des Glaces, Récolte hivernale and Crémant de glace.
Cidrerie du Minot's packaged cider and ice cider (HTS 2206.00.15, "Cider, fermented, whether still or sparkling") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026.
