Ciders from the Petch family orchard in Hemmingford, such as Héritage, a dry sparkling cider of heritage apples (Golden Russet, Fameuse, Tolman Sweet, Northern Spy; 500 ml, 7.8%), the hopped Yellow Label, Somerset, Classic Draft, Cidre Doux, a 200 ml ice cider, and Fire & Ice, plus ILLICIT Moonshine blends of moonshine, cider and fresh apple juice and a barrel-aged Série de Fûts made with apple brandy.
