Small-batch natural ciders from Charlevoix made with foraged apples and wild yeast, such as Les chants rauques de nos ancêtres 2024 (a fine-bubbled pét-nat of hand-gleaned apples), Pleines de vent dur 2024 (feral apples, lightly sparkling) and Par nos champs et nos rives 2024, fermented in Canadian oak barrels.
