Cidrerie Saint-Antoine is a family orchard and cider house on the St. Lawrence west of Quebec City making ice ciders (Brise-glace, and a Cuvée prestige from apples frozen on the tree), the sweet Saint-Antoine, the dry 11% Repère, the traditional-method sparkling Marie-Stella, the light Pionnier in 355 mL, and naturally fermented Instinct and Verglas, along with apple juice and mistelles.
Cidrerie Saint-Antoine's packaged cider (HTS 2206.00.15, "Cider, fermented, whether still or sparkling") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026. We found no public statement from the cidery about US sales; the stockists on its site are all in the Quebec City region.Source: whitehouse.gov, Sep 8, 2026
You must be of legal drinking age in your province to buy alcohol. Rules on shipping alcohol between provinces vary, so buy from the maker directly or through your provincial liquor store. We only link to makers; nothing is sold on this site.
Made in Canada
The ciders are made at the orchard at 3101, route Marie-Victorin in Saint-Antoine-de-Tilly, Quebec, founded in 1983 by Émile Aubin and run since 2009 by his son Jonathan Aubin and Émilie Vaillancourt; the site says "Nos pommes et notre jus sont certifiés biologiques par Écocert Canada."
