The first cidery on Île d'Orléans makes still, sparkling and ice ciders from its own apples: Le Petit Pommier light cider, L'Effervescent sparkling cider in 330 mL and 750 mL bottles, La Tentation strawberry cider, and Nectar de glace ice cider, plus raspberry and maple mistelles, an apple-based gin, and apple and maple pantry goods sold at the orchard shop and a kiosk at the Grand Marché de Québec.

Cidrerie Verger Bilodeau's packaged cider and ice cider (HTS 2206.00.15, "Cider, fermented, whether still or sparkling") and its bottled apple gin (HTS 2208.50.00, "Gin and Geneve") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty from August 22, 2026. The cidery's own website now carries a banner reading "TARIFS DOUANIERS : LIVRAISON AUX ÉTATS-UNIS SUSPENDUS" and says it has temporarily suspended orders and deliveries to the United States.

Everything starts in the family orchard at 1868 Chemin Royal, Saint-Pierre, Île d'Orléans, planted by Micheline and Benoît Bilodeau in 1978 and now "six hectares" with "plus de trois mille arbres"; the cidery and distillery on the same site is where "la pomme est transformée en jus, en cidres et en spiritueux, de la cueillette jusqu'à la mise en bouteille."
