Citizen Brewing is a Calgary brewpub and restaurant with a hop and vegetable garden, brewing a core line of Batch No. 1 blonde ale, Hijacked IPA, Cittadino Italian pilsner, Interstellar Nimbus hazy pale and Citizen Ultra dry lager in 473 ml cans and kegs, seasonal beers such as Royal Pine West Coast IPA, and Citizen CiDR, a dry apple cider made in-house from Okanagan apples.
Citizen Brewing's canned beer (HTS 2203.00.00, "Beer made from malt") and cider (HTS 2206.00.15, "Cider, fermented, whether still or sparkling") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026.
