The winery says "all the grapes used to make our wine are hand picked from our vineyard and our vineyard only" on its 17-acre estate at 865 Niagara Stone Road.

    Stallion 2020: a partial-appassimento Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon blend at "14.9% alc./vol." is a still wine over 14%.
