Dead Horse makes canned hard ciders on a family farm north of Winkler: Bright Cider from prairie apples, Cherry On (a 2021 Glintcap gold winner), Spiced Apple with maple and cinnamon, and flavours such as Strawberry Fizz, Raspberry Smash, It's Just Peachy and Far From the Tree, in 355 ml cans and 8-packs, plus craft sodas.
Dead Horse's packaged cider (HTS 2206.00.15, "Cider, fermented, whether still or sparkling") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026.
