Devil's Keep Distillery, the Fredericton region's first craft distillery, makes small-batch vodka from a corn, rye and barley mash, a London dry style gin, and a Canadian whisky.
Devil's Keep Distillery's vodka, gin and Canadian whisky are Canadian spirits under HTS 2208.60.20, 2208.50.00 and 2208.30.60, which carried a 50% US duty from August 22, 2026 and, since September 29, 2026, can no longer be imported into the United States at all. Its site says the vodka "gained notoriety at the International Spirits Festival in California".Source: whitehouse.gov, Sep 29, 2026
