Domaine Bergeville is an organic and biodynamic vineyard in the Eastern Townships making traditional-method sparkling wines such as L'intégrale, a lees-refermented pétillant, still organic wines and a grape-marc eau-de-vie, Ce n'est pas la fin, from Québec hybrid and vinifera grapes.
Domaine Bergeville's bottled traditional-method sparkling wines (HTS 2204.10.00, "Sparkling grape wine"), its lees-refermented pétillant (HTS 2204.21.20, "Effervescent grape wine, in containers holding 2 liters or less") and its grape-marc eau-de-vie (HTS 2208.20.40, "Grape brandy, other than pisco and singani, in containers each holding not over 4 liters, valued over $3.43/liter") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty from August 22 to September 28, 2026.
