An orchard cidery in the Eastern Townships making a still white cider from McIntosh and Empire apples, a still rosé and a sparkling rosé flavoured with grapes, the Passion ice cider in 200 ml bottles, and a fortified Port de Dunham, alongside cider vinegar, preserves and baking from the farm.
Domaine de Dunham's packaged cider (HTS 2206.00.15, "Cider, fermented, whether still or sparkling") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026.
