Domaine des Sorciers makes small batches of craft cider on the Île d'Orléans (sparkling, still and ice cider) from apples such as Paula Red, Honeycrisp, Empire and Reinette Russet grown in its own orchard, and also sells cedar hedging and maple products.
Domaine des Sorciers' packaged cider (HTS 2206.00.15, "Cider, fermented, whether still or sparkling") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026.
