Domaine Oak Hill is a very small organic and biodynamic vineyard in Melbourne township making natural wines from northern hybrid grapes, including Petite Perle, Marquette, Vidal and Frontenac noir cuvées, a pét-nat and a frizzante.

The vineyard, planted in 2015 in the Melbourne township of the Eastern Townships, states "Depuis nos débuts nous vinifions de façon naturelle, fermentations sur levures indigènes".
