Domaine Pyrus is a family orchard in the Eastern Townships making pear wine, sparkling pear wine (poiré pétillant), pear ice wine, fortified pear wine and pear-and-grape blends, plus honey.
Domaine Pyrus's pear wines can no longer ship to the US since the import ban of September 29, 2026 (50% duty from August 22 to September 28, 2026); the still pear wines, ice pear wine and fortified pear wines fall under HTS 2206.00.90 and the sparkling pear wines under 2206.00.60.
