Domaine RITT makes ciders from its own orchard on the St. Lawrence: the hopped Hopla! ciders (Cortland, McIntosh and cold-macerated Cascade hops), the sparkling Le Libertin and Lady Geneva, the unfiltered Net Frette Sec, the wild-fermented Grrrr, Le Vaillant and an ice cider, along with apple juices and musts.
Domaine RITT's packaged ciders, including its ice cider (HTS 2206.00.15, "Cider, fermented, whether still or sparkling"), can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026. Owner Jean-François Ritt, a wine microbiologist from Alsace, has made his own ciders since 2018 on the former Gagné family orchard at 503 chemin Bellevue Ouest in Cap-Saint-Ignace: "le Domaine RITT c’est 4000 pommiers, 20 000 litres de cidre produits par an."
