Domaine Steinbach is an organic orchard and cidery on Île d'Orléans making bottle-conditioned traditional ciders (Le Steinbach and Le Verger Secret with haskap), a 10% still cider, a cassis cider, maple and strawberry fortified ciders and an ice cider, alongside mustards, jams and cider vinegars.
Domaine Steinbach's packaged cider (HTS 2206.00.15, "Cider, fermented, whether still or sparkling") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026.
