Domaine ValBrome makes sparkling ciders from its own orchard, among them McIntosh du Domaine (6.7%), the Golden Russet cider Golden (8%) and Spartan sur Pinot noir, a bottle-fermented cider macerated on the estate's Pinot Noir skins, alongside still wines (Vidal, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Pinot noir, a rosé, a red and Dolce Vita) and the traditional-method Romy Brut Rosé, all in 750 mL bottles.
Domaine ValBrome's bottled cider (HTS 2206.00.15, "Cider, fermented, whether still or sparkling") and its packaged still and sparkling wines (HTS 2204.21.50 and 2204.10.00) can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026. The vineyard and cider house are at "331, chemin de Brome" in Ville Lac-Brome (Fulford), Québec, in the Eastern Townships; the McIntosh cider is made from "pommes McIntosh cueillies au domaine", the owners planted a cider-apple orchard as they began making cider in 2019, and they planted "8 000 plants de vigne" the same year.
