Farmgate Cider is a family cidery outside Ottawa making British-style craft ciders in tall cans, like 3 Bros (a dry 7.0% blend of Empire, Spartan and Cortland apples), Bee Squared, Honey and Hops, North Road, Russet and a cranberry session cider, plus a bottled mulled cider.
Farmgate Cider's packaged cider (HTS 2206.00.15, "Cider, fermented, whether still or sparkling") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026. We found no public statement from Farmgate about US sales; its stockist list is restaurants, bottle shops and LCBO stores in eastern Ontario.Source: whitehouse.gov, Sep 8, 2026
You must be of legal drinking age in your province to buy alcohol. Rules on shipping alcohol between provinces vary, so buy from the maker directly or through your provincial liquor store. We only link to makers; nothing is sold on this site.
