Belgian-style beers from a farm brewery founded in 1996 by Belgian-born agronomist Patrice Schoune: Blanche de Québec, Blonde de Québec, Québec la Nuit and other regulars in 473 ml cans, a maple range (Érabière Blonde and Rousse, Milk Stout à l'érable, Mac Maple), sour beers and barrel-aged cuvées such as Gloire de Bacchus and Dame du Lac.
Schoune's packaged beer (HTS 2203.00.00, "Beer made from malt") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026. We found no public statement from the brewery about US sales; it says its beers are sold across Quebec and also in Europe and Mexico.Source: whitehouse.gov, Sep 8, 2026
