Organic natural ciders from a Farnham farm, many macerated with the farm's own grape skins and fruit: Éclipse (Frontenac and Marquette skins, 10.6%), Rafale (cryoconcentrated apples), Bourrasque ice cider, Étincelle fire cider, Pagaille (cherry and plum) and Imposteur (blueberry), plus farm-distilled apple spirits (Fût de Chêne apple brandy, an apple gin, camerise and sea-buckthorn liqueurs) and its first organic wines.
Équinoxe's packaged ciders (HTS 2206.00.15, "Cider, fermented, whether still or sparkling"), bottled wines, apple brandy, gin and liqueurs can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty from August 22, 2026.Source: whitehouse.gov, Sep 8, 2026

"Équinoxe, c’est une ferme cidricole bio des Cantons-de-l’Est où tout est cultivé, élevé et transformé sur place" at "2015, route 104, Farnham (Québec)"; owners Marc-Antoine Arsenault-Chiasson and Audrey-Anne Lussier bought the orchard in 2020, added a cuverie and a still in 2022 and planted vines from 2023.
