A Kingston brewery rooted in New England hazy IPAs and German-style pilsners, with pastry stouts and slushie sours alongside; current cans include Gather German Pilsner (4.7%, 473 ml), a Märzen, Rustic Dark Czech Lager and Off the Vine Pumpkin Ale, sold in its east-end bottle shop and shipped across Ontario.
Fine Balance's packaged beer (HTS 2203.00.00, "Beer made from malt") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026. We found no public statement from the maker about US sales.Source: whitehouse.gov, Sep 8, 2026
You must be of legal drinking age in your province to buy alcohol. Rules on shipping alcohol between provinces vary, so buy from the maker directly or through your provincial liquor store. We only link to makers; nothing is sold on this site.
