Georgian Hills Vineyards makes cool-climate Georgian Bay wines such as Foch Rosé, L'Acadie Blanc, Seyval Blanc and Viva Vidal sparkling, pear and apple "Frozen to the Core" dessert wines, and Ardiel Cider House ciders and perry, at its Beaver Valley winery in Ontario; its Wild & Inspired line uses Niagara grapes.
