Grey & Gold makes wild-fermented, no-sulphite ciders from heritage apples in Grey County; its online bottle shop currently sells Heritage Dry, an English farmhouse-style dry cider, and Modern Girl, an off-dry cider back-sweetened with honey from the farm, and its line-up page also lists Spruce of the Bruce, Wildflower and the hopped Highlander.

Cider is made on the farm in the Beaver Valley near Clarksburg, at "788171 Grey Road 13, Town of the Blue Mountains"; the old barn "is home to our cider production", and the six-acre organic orchard "contains 1,700 trees, including 29 different varieties of cider-specific and multi-purpose Heritage apples."
