A family brewery and taproom in downtown Fort Frances brewing small, rotating batches such as its Hoppy Blonde, Raspberry Kölsch, Northern IPA, Swiss Lager, Saison and Red Ale.
Hallett Brewing's beer falls under HTS 2203.00.00 ("Beer made from malt"), and packaged Canadian beer can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026. We have not found a public source on Hallett selling in the US or selling cans or bottles; it pours at its own taproom in Fort Frances.Source: whitehouse.gov, Sep 8, 2026
You must be of legal drinking age in your province to buy alcohol. Rules on shipping alcohol between provinces vary, so buy from the maker directly or through your provincial liquor store. We only link to makers; nothing is sold on this site.
