Henry of Pelham's Riesling icewine and VQA table wines (HTS 2204.21.50) and its Cuvée Catharine sparkling wines (HTS 2204.10.00) can no longer ship to the US since the import ban of September 29, 2026 (50% duty from August 22 to September 28, 2026). The Globe and Mail reported on August 25, 2026 that president Paul Speck and his brothers had planned to build the business in the border states before backing off.
