Heritage Estate makes craft ciders from Ontario apples, among them the semi-dry Dragon's Gold, the semi-sweet Eden's Apple and a strawberry version of it, and Golden Cuvee, an unfiltered cider from heirloom trees aged for eight months, alongside Vidal Blanc, Frontenac Gris rosé and Baco Foch grape wines, still and sparkling apple wine, and apple-wine sangrias.
Heritage Estate's packaged cider (HTS 2206.00.15, "Cider, fermented, whether still or sparkling"), bottled grape wine (HTS 2204.21.50) and packaged apple wine (HTS 2206.00.90) can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026. We found nothing saying the estate sold in the US; it sells from its own shop and at retail locations and farmers' markets in Simcoe County.Source: whitehouse.gov, Sep 8, 2026

Everything is made at the estate at 421 Penetanguishine Rd. in Barrie: "All products are made on-site with state-of-the-art equipment", and the ciders "are made from 100% Ontario apples" while the wines come from "grapes grown on-site and sourced locally across Ontario."
