Ironwood makes two families of cider at its Lakeshore Road cider house: a Modern range in cans (the dry Original, plus Lima, Yuja, Aranciata and Kirmizi) and small-lot Artisanal bottlings such as the Bramley English Bittersharp, Russet, Sobre, Calypso, a honey-and-apple Cyser and a Reserve. It also makes fruit wines (Blueberry, Cranberry, Spiced Apple, Momo Peach) and sells Vidal and Cabernet Franc icewine.
Ironwood's packaged ciders (HTS 2206.00.15, "Cider, fermented, whether still or sparkling") and fruit wines can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty from August 22, 2026. We have not found a public source saying Ironwood sold in the US; its web shop lists shipping to Ontario and Quebec, with the rest of Canada by quote.Source: whitehouse.gov, Sep 8, 2026

The cider house is at "1425 Lakeshore Rd, Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON L0S 1J0", where the site says visitors can come "for retail and tastings". The Original is "Crafted from heritage apples and fermented with care at cool temperatures", and the Blueberry fruit wine "is fermented from Canadian wild blueberry juice". Wines In Niagara reported that owner Richard Liu bought the business "along with the surrounding orchards in 2013".
