La Capsule Temporelle makes dry, naturally sparkling farm ciders from its own orchard with wild yeasts and no added sulfites, released as vintages in 500 mL and 750 mL bottles: Histoire Complète, single-variety Cortland, Pépites d'Automne with wild apples, Ode à l'été with pears, and co-ferments with haskap, elderberry, local grape skins, yellow plums and hops from a neighbouring farm.
La Capsule Temporelle's packaged ciders (HTS 2206.00.15, "Cider, fermented, whether still or sparkling") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty from August 22, 2026. Matthew, Catherine and "Mamie" started the family cidery in 2020 near Franklin in the Haut-Saint-Laurent; the farm and tasting room are at 2278 QC-202 in Hinchinbrooke, and every cider is "Fabriqués avec des pommes de pommiers entretenus seulement avec l'aide de produits naturels", fermented "avec des levures indigènes et spontanées".
