A Mexican-inspired brewery and taproom in Lower Lonsdale whose flagship Salted Lime Lager (El Valle Salado), brewed with Spanish salt and conditioned on Mexican limes, won gold at the 2023 Canadian Brewing Awards. It also cans La Rosada Grapefruit Lager and Naranja Fresca Orange Pilsner in 4-packs and an 8-can Lager Box, shipped across BC.
La Cervecería Astilleros' packaged beer (HTS 2203.00.00, "Beer made from malt") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026. Brewed at its North Vancouver brewery; the online shop sells "Mexican inspired craft beer brewed in North Vancouver" and the brewery says it has been open "Since opening in December 2020" with head brewer David Van Allen leading "a dedicated team of brewers and cellarmen".
