A village microbrewery and pub in Sacré-Cœur on the Haute-Côte-Nord, brewing beers named for the North Shore: L'Amorce pale ale, Feu aux Poudres amber ale, La Déferlante IPA, La Forêt Obscure stout, La Nébuleuse des Champs ale with northern berries, Détour NEIPA and Frambarbe sour wheat beer, sold in 473 ml cans for pickup at the brewery.
La Chasse-Gardée's packaged beer (HTS 2203.00.00, "Beer made from malt") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026.
