La Fabrique is a brewpub in Matane that keeps 12 to 18 of its own beers on tap, including the Matane pilsner, Rivière Blanche Belgian wit, Gros Chars citra IPA, Gros Jus NEIPA and Normands maple red ale, several of which it now also sells in bottles.

The beer is brewed on site at the pub on rue Saint-Jérôme in Matane ("12 et 18 bières brassées sur place"), and the pub is run by a worker co-operative founded in 2008, the Coopérative de travail Le Cabestan.
