Made in Canada

The brewery grows its own cereals and hops at the farm on chemin Meunier in Shefford ("Nous cultivons nos céréales et notre houblon directement à la ferme") and buys its fruit and herbs from farmers in the region, serving the beer from a terrace beside the fields.
